6th Annual Chocolate Festival

A fundraiser for a local need in the community, especially when life doesn't go as planned.

Vendors offer unique chocolate creations along with traditional chocolate delights.  A few examples:  chocolate chipotle popcorn, chocolate dipped strawberries, Grandma's Fudge and chocolate gravy with biscuits.  This is a fun family event held at the Dardanelle Community Center, promoting local businesses, nonprofits and civic organizations. Attendees pay a minimum donation of $5 to sample, bite size samples of chocolate.  The money raised is donated for a local need in the community.  This year's proceeds will go to offset medical expenses for two local families. An added addition to this year's Chocolate Festival; A Pie Auction at 7pm. 

The Chocolate Festival is a perfect example of the heart of Dardanelle.

The CCC (Civilian Conservation Corps) played a large role in the development of Mount Nebo State Park.
